We buy appointments, not leads.

See if you qualify to work with us.

The program

One price. One billable event. Nothing upfront.

The Certified Arborist Tree Service operates a growing national footprint, and we buy appointments, not leads. Send us a homeowner, in any form you like: raw contact info the moment interest lands, or a lead you have already qualified yourself. We treat both the same, because the format never mattered. What matters is whether it becomes a real estimate on a real property.

When our team sets an on-site estimate appointment from your lead, you earn $100. That is the entire model. We absorb the no-show risk: once the appointment is set, it bills, whether or not the homeowner keeps it.

Why resellers choose this

Better economics than selling the same lead five times.

Most contractors pay $40 to $60 for a shared lead and let half of them die unworked. We pay roughly double per unit, exclusively, and we do the work to convert it. You are not paid for volume you can fake. You are paid for quality you can prove, at a rate that rewards it. A reseller sending twenty real leads a week does not need to send eighty padded ones.

And you never have to take our word for how your leads were handled. Every Approved Reseller gets a live view of every lead they send: every call we made, every text, every outcome, timestamped. If we did not work it, you will see that too. Nobody else in this industry shows you their homework.

The workflow

Exactly what happens to every lead you send.

Your lead lands in our system the moment you send it. During business hours (7am to 7pm CT) our team places the first call within 15 minutes. After hours, the homeowner gets an instant text acknowledgment and the first call by 8:30 the next morning.

If we do not reach them, we keep going:

  1. Day 0 First call within 15 minutes, plus a text. A second call goes out the same day.
  2. Day 1 Third call and a second text.
  3. Day 2 Third text.
  4. Day 4 Fourth call.
  5. Day 7 Final text before we close the file as Unresponsive.

Four calls and four texts over seven days, every attempt logged. When we connect, our team runs the qualification call: confirms the decision maker, confirms the property, scopes the work, and books the on-site estimate. Every lead ends in exactly one of three states:

Appointment Set

We booked the estimate. You earn $100. Timestamped in your report.

Disqualified

Failed a gate, with the reason coded: out of area, under minimum, not the decision maker, wrong number, spam, or duplicate.

Unresponsive

We exhausted the full contact ladder without reaching them. You see every attempt we made.

The rules

What bills, and what does not.

An appointment bills when all of these hold

  • The property sits in a market we actively serve
  • The work is in scope: tree removal, trimming, land clearing, or an arborist consultation
  • The appointment is booked with the property decision maker
  • The homeowner is a first touch: not in our system within the last 90 days, and not demand we generated ourselves
  • The job scopes at $500 or more during our qualification call

Never billable

  • Outside our active markets
  • Stump-only work
  • Wrong numbers, spam, or bots
  • Duplicates of leads already in our system
  • Traffic captured by advertising on our brand name

Our active markets are discussed privately during onboarding, and your protection runs both ways: once we set an appointment, it bills. We never claw back a no-show, and we never dispute an appointment our own system recorded.

Accountability

You watch us work your leads. Live.

Approved Resellers get a login to our reseller portal, scoped to the leads you sent and nothing else. For each one: when it arrived, every call and text with timestamps, the qualification outcome, and the appointment record when it bills. A weekly statement closes every Sunday listing each lead, its disposition, appointments set, and the amount due. Payment goes out within seven days.

This exists because the lead industry runs on mutual suspicion: sellers claim buyers sit on leads, buyers claim sellers pad lists. We removed the argument. Our system logs the work, you see the log, and the statement pays off the log. Nothing to dispute.

We keep the reseller roster small and the bar high. Tell us how you generate demand and where. If it looks like a fit, we will reach out to discuss markets, volume, and onboarding.
